Over the past two decades, I have led sales and revenue teams across hospitality, mobility and travel, operating in complex multinational environments and scaling growth across markets.
Today I serve as a senior leader at Accor, steering Commercial Transformation across Europe and North Africa and translating strategy into execution across multi-country organisations.
Previously, I held senior commercial and revenue leadership roles within Accor, where I have been part of the Group since 2015. Before that, I spent nearly a decade at Europcar, leading international commercial functions, and earlier built my hospitality foundations with Boscolo Hotels and Shangri-La.
My focus is simple: align strategy and execution, unlock new revenue opportunities and embed a culture of performance, accountability and long-term value creation.
Based in Rome, I collaborate with international owners and brands to translate vision into measurable results. I bring deep experience in high-stake negotiations and the creation of new market entities and governance models that endure.
